Game 2 was a much different ball game than the first game of the series.  This game was close from start to finish.  Towards the very end of the game the Wizards started to take a larger lead but for the most part this was a close game throughout.  John Wall had 32 points while Bradley Beal had 31 points.  Wall hit both of his three point shots and ended up with 9 assists in the game.  Paul Millsap had 27 points to lead the Hawks in scoring along with 10 rebounds which also led the Hawks.  Dennis Schroder had a big game with 23 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists.  The biggest difference in this game was a poor showing from Tim Hardaway Jr.  He managed just 19 points on 14 shots (and that’s with 7 free throws). He is really going to need to step his game up if they are to have any kind of chance in this series.  Of course, no one really thought the Hawks would move on to the second round anyway.  They lose this one 109-101.
