Week 4 of the NFL Season Provides Substantial Pleasure to Fans

This week’s NFL line-up is going to be a great one. We have our first overseas game of the season with the Vikings taking on the Saints in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium which believe it or not provides the second highest average price of a ticket to only the Broncos/Raiders game in Las Vegas. Unfortunately this means that the game will start early in the morning (really early for the West Coast with the game starting at 6:30AM for them). Luckily neither of those teams have many fans outside of Central Standard Time Zone. The Washington and Dallas game should be one of my favorites of the week not just because its my Dallas Cowboys but because these teams always match up well and there is some pride on the line right now for first place of the division, and honestly Cooper Rush has never lost a game as a starter for the Dallas Cowboys. Right now the Philadelphia Eagles are in the driver seat for first place in the NFC East and an autobid for the playoffs but Dallas is right behind them just a game out. Losing to the Commanders would put them level set at the bottom of the division. One can really only hope that the players stay healthy, Dak Prescott should be returning next week for the Rams game according to several sources.

One thing is for sure, I will be watching the Commanders and Cowboys, the Bills and Ravens, and the Broncos/Raiders game as well as the Sunday Night football game on NBC which starts Patrick Mahomes vs. Tom Brady. This game in my opinion will let me know what the chances of Tom Brady making something with the Bucs this season. My fear is that he held on for one season too long. He claims he has unfinished business but really he might be destroying his marriage at the same time as adding a Black Eye to his resume…he could end up being added to the list of players who just played too long. I hope for his sake that he gets this last season in, retires, and heads to the booth so we can continue to pick and enjoy his brain like we get to with Tony Romo. Time will only tell what ends up happening in that story line though. Without further adieu here is this weekend’s schedule:
